Amenity Liability Release and Court Rules Please read carefully. By using community amenities (including courts, rooms, and related facilities) and participating in club sports or recreational activities, you agree to the following: Assumption of risk You understand that sports and recreational activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to falls, collisions, equipment-related injury, and aggravation of pre-existing conditions. You voluntarily assume all such risks. Release of liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and hold harmless the community, its officers, employees, volunteers, and Club Court Manager / platform operator from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your participation, except where prohibited by law. Personal responsibility You agree to play within your ability level, follow facility rules, respect other members, and cancel reservations you cannot use. You are responsible for your own health and safety and for consulting a physician before participating if you have medical concerns. Electronic acceptance Your checkbox acceptance is recorded with a timestamp, IP address, browser information, and a copy of this text for audit purposes. When this release is updated, or when the community's re-acceptance period elapses, you may be asked to accept again before booking. This is a template only.
