Book courts and rooms from your phone

How booking works

1. Open your community's site or the Club Court Manager mobile app.
2. Choose a sport (or Reserve a Room) and the date you want.
3. Tap a green Open slot on the court or room and time you want.
4. Confirm length, invite friends from the roster, and you're set.

Sign-in options

• Email linkWe send a secure one-time link. Use this anytime after your first visit — do not reuse an old invite email.
• PasswordRequired on first invite activation. After you create one, sign in with email and password on web and mobile.
• Text codeEnter your phone number; we text a short code (where your club has SMS enabled and your number is on the roster).
• Terms & amenity releaseOn first sign-in you accept the Terms of Use and your community's amenity liability release — two checkboxes — before you can book.

Before you play

You'll get a confirmation email with a calendar attachment. The day before your reservation, we send a reminder by email — and by text or push if you opted in.

Invite other roster members to your game; they accept from My Reservations. Use Find a Player when you need a sub.
