Have a question? Get a fast, accurate response. Use Ask in the header, or the box below — answers come from Club Court Manager product manuals, not your club’s local rules. When a section has a screenshot, Ask links to that picture. Under the answer, Open Instruction Manual opens these steps. Click the X in the Ask box to clear your question and the answer.
Use Email link, Password, or Text code on the sign-in page. First invite from your club requires you to create a password. After that, all three methods work (text needs your mobile number on the roster and club SMS approval).
Prefer the phone app? Download Club Court Manager free, find your community, then sign in the same way:
App Store: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/club-court-manager/id6792025015
Google Play: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.stoufferai.clubcourtmanager
Or open app.clubcourtmanager.com in your browser.
If text sign-in is not yet available for your club, use email link — it works the same way. You can still use Text the group on a booking to open your phone's Messages app with other players (that is not sent by the club).
Having trouble? Contact your community administrator and include the email address you expect to be on the roster.
Each sport limits how many days ahead you can book (shown on the booking page). Your club may also set a daily unlock time for the farthest day: for example, with a 7-day window that unlocks at noon, the 7th day out becomes bookable at 12:00 PM each day — if you try earlier you’ll see “That day opens at 12:00 PM.” Closer days are always available.
Most clubs also cap how many reservations you can create per sport per day (often 1). Playing on someone else’s court as an invited guest does not use that cap — you can play as often as you are invited. If you already created a booking that day, tap your blue Yours slot to add players or cancel it before booking a different time.
Gray Booked (X) slots are someone else’s game — tap for read-only details. Blue Yours (checkmark) slots are your booking, or a game you’re listed on (view only — ask the booker to change or cancel). Club blocks use letters: P Open Play, L League, C Clinic, T Tournament, M Maintenance. Tap P Open Play or L League for Find a partner — you cannot book those slots, but you can post on Find a Player with the session already filled in.
Some communities offer rooms (card room, meeting room, etc.) separate from sports courts. When your club has rooms set up, open Reserve a Room from the menu (☰) — rooms are not listed as a sport on the home page.
Rooms use club-wide hours and limits set by administrators. The room calendar does not use Open Play / League labels. Player invites are not available for room bookings.
When you book a court, you can invite other roster members by name or load a saved group (your regular foursome). Search results show a photo thumbnail when that member has a photo ID on file. They get an email with Accept, Maybe, and Decline — no sign-in needed — and can add a short note everyone on that reservation can see. My Reservations on the website or in the Club Court Manager app lists games other members booked, including ones they already accepted, marked maybe, or declined. They can change their answer until the game starts in the community timezone, including inside the booking lead window. Once play starts, Accept, Maybe, and Decline close. The minimum lead time applies when someone reserves a court or the host edits that reservation, not to those replies. After they accept, they get a calendar file for their phone. Each player shows as Host, In, Maybe, Pending, or Declined. Maybe is not a confirmed yes. The booker can Resend a pending, maybe, or declined invite from Edit reservation. Being invited does not use a player’s daily reservation cap — they can still create their own booking that day, and you can invite someone who already booked. If they already have a court at the same time (a booking they created or already accepted), Accept warns them about the overlap before they confirm.
Use Text the group on your booking or invitation — it opens your phone's Messages app with the host and invited players who have not declined (not sent by the club, so there's no extra fee from us). Players need a phone number on their profile.
Club reminders and sign-in codes are separate one-way texts from VeronaWalk Sports. Group chat is between players on your own phone plan.
Need a partner or sub? Use Find a Player to post something like “Need one player, 3.0+, Saturday on Court 3.” You do not need a reservation. For club Open Play or League (those courts cannot be booked), tap the block on the calendar and choose Find a partner for this Open Play — sport, date, and times are filled in for you. Other roster members reply with their contact info. Confirm before Post request or Send reply. Mark your post Filled when you have who you need.
After you choose a sport to book, open Find a Player requests for that sport also show in a short list above the court calendar — tap View all → for the full board.
The breadcrumb at the top of each page lists Members as read only. It is also in the menu (☰). Search a name to reveal that person’s current profile — photo thumbnail (when a photo ID is on file) and sports with self-reported ratings. Email, phone, and home address stay private. Searching your own name shows your current profile and a link to edit it on Profile.
Open Profile to update contact info, skill ratings, and photo ID. Choose a photo from your camera or library — we resize it automatically (including iPhone HEIC). A small thumbnail can appear in roster search so members can tell players apart. Administrators can open the full image from the member roster. Your club may require a photo ID, home address, or other fields before you can book or request another sport.
